How do I book a transfer?
Fill in the online booking form: route, date, passengers and vehicle. You receive a reference number, then an advisor confirms your request by e-mail or WhatsApp.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Give your flight number when booking and message us on WhatsApp if anything changes: we adjust the pick-up time.
Which vehicle should I choose for my family or group?
Up to 3 people, a sedan is enough. For 4 to 7 people with luggage, choose a van. Beyond that, a minibus or coach. The assistant recommends a vehicle for your group.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request. Tick the “Child seat” option in the form and tell us the child's age in the message.
How is the price calculated?
The price depends on the route, the vehicle category and the options chosen. When a rate exists for your route, an estimate is shown; otherwise we send you a personalised quote.
